OUR ENROLLMENT PROCESS
At Sunset Childcare Services, we limit the number of children in our care to ensure each child receives the best attention. Joining the waitlist is the first step in the enrollment process and helps us effectively manage capacity. We appreciate your cooperation in providing a safe and nurturing space for all our children.
Step One:Â Join The Waitlist
We operate with a limited number of children to provide the best care for each child. Joining the waitlist is the first step in the enrollment process, as it helps us manage our capacity and enrollment effectively. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a safe place for our kiddos.
Step Two:Â Submit an Enrollment Form (Online)
The next step is to complete our brief online application. This form collects essential details about your family and your child’s specific needs, allowing us to tailor our care to provide the best experience. After submitting the form, you’ll be ready to schedule a virtual or in-person tour.
Step Three:Â Book a Virtual Tour or Meet and Greet
Next, schedule a virtual tour or meet and greet, where you’ll get a personalized look at our welcoming environment. We’ll showcase our space, designed to encourage your child’s curiosity and creativity. This meeting also allows us to learn about your child’s routines, interests, and any special requirements.
Step Four: Finalize Enrollment
Finally, work with our administrator to complete the enrollment and registration process and prepare your child for their first day at Sunset Childcare Services!

Be sure to plan for Peace of Mind. Depending on how quickly we receive the required childcare documents, the registration process may take up to 72 hours or more. Therefore, we recommend registering your child at least two weeks before their first scheduled date to attend.

A non-refundable registration fee of $75 is charged with each child's application and $50 for each additional child. Due upon enrollment and before the scheduled attendance date.
